Sands Of Time offers a two-bedroom cottage with all the comforts of home at an affordable price. Cottage has a large eat-in kitchen, living room and one bathroom. Cable TV, Central Heat and A/C. Cottage is fully furnished except for your linens, towels, and paper products. Conveniently located on quiet North End Road in the quaint village of Avon, known as Kinnakeet by the natives. Away from the hustle and bustle of Hwy 12, but only a 10-minute walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, mini golf and the Avon Fishing Pier. A wonderful place to ride your bikes or go for evening walks.
Sleeps 4: 2 queen beds. Newly Remodeled & Furnished. Central Heat & A/C. Front Porch for your enjoyment. Access to Washer and Dryer and Fish Cleaning Table.

RATE: $1,500 + tax weekly (Apr – Nov) | $950 + tax weekly (Dec – Mar)

Cottage reservations require $400 deposit. Balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. Your confirmation will contain the final billing. Please mark your calendar. We do not send out separate billing for the final balance. Final payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to your arrival. If the balance is not received by this time, we will treat the reservation as a cancellation and make every effort to re-rent the cottage to minimize our loss.
Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, 100% of the total rental amount will be refunded minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days, only $400 deposit is refunded; the remaining amount is forfeited.
